• Service Providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), M-Pesa (payments) — only as necessary to provide our services

• School Partnerships: Aggregated, non-identifiable learning data may be shared with partner schools
• Parent Access: A parent linked to a learner's account may view that learner's progress and activity

If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it. Learning records and certificates may be retained for verification purposes.

TusomePlus is designed for learners of all ages including children. Learners under 18 years must have parental consent to register independently. Parents can create accounts on behalf of their children and are responsible for monitoring their children's activity on the platform. We take special care to protect the privacy of minors and do not collect more information than necessary.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
